This was my first time selling a home. Iniitially Simon explained with great detail what and how the process works. Anytime an issue or challenge was encountered Simon was able to render what or whom i needed. Sometimes at the end of a negotiation you become frustrated and let me be frank, Pissed Off! Simon was able to talk me off a ledge and not spend another few months renegotiating another offer. Lastly, Simon cares about his clients and over half a year later I consider him my friend.
